Little Bear
  DOB Approx May 2005
Spayed female, jet black. I only LOOK like a bear. I'm as sweet as - well, as a pussycat.
Cambridge
DOB April, 1999
Hi! I may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but I am so sweet and comical, you'll love having me around. It took a long time for me to learn to trust people - but now I love to be petted. Please come to the shelter to see me. (neutered male)
Monterey
DOB approx May 2003
I'm a cool cat from California Avenue in A.C. I was just a kitten living in a crawl space when LICK rescued me. Pure white, yellow-eyed, and extra friendly - that's me!
Vernon
DOB approx May 2003
I was rescued from Atlantic City and was the only one of my litter to tame down. I've been told I resemble a gnome, but facial expressions aside, I'm really quite mellow and affectionate.
Sander
DOB approx March 2003
I have the oddest little habit - if I want you to pet me, I gently pat you on the head and then rub my own head with my paw. Just in case you don't get the idea, y'see.
Toezer
DOB approx April 2003
I have extra toes and use them to pat at any person near me. I LOVE being petted and just know that I would fit into any home. I get along great with kids and other cats, but I could be any only cat, too, if I got a lot of affection from my person.
Ross
DOB April, 2002
I was rescued over July 4th weekend with my sister Betsy and my mother Lady Liberty.  I have beautiful sleek black fur, a cuddly disposition and I'm very easy-going. I'd fit in well in a home with other kitties.
