Feral Pen

Some kitties will always want to be independent and outdoors -- it makes them happy.  For those kitties who will never agree to be a cuddly lap blanket LICK has constructed a large outdoor pen with gardens and shrubs, protection from the elements and, of course, lots of food and fresh water.  This was a major undertaking for LICK, but well worth the effort to see how happy the "ferals" are in their new home.
